A root canal treatment is usually all that is needed to save teeth with injured pulp tissue from extraction. Non-Surgical treatment can be performed to eliminate the diseased pulp. This injured pulp is removed and the root canal system is thoroughly cleaned and sealed. Endodontic microsurgery can be be done for those teeth where routine root canal treatment is not possible.
